Ravjot’s role as Marketing Director of South Asian New York Fashion Week S.2 brought a necessary Queer Sikh female lens into the fashion space - revolutionizing the role which true diversity plays in the fashion/entertainment industry. As Marketing Director, Ravjot created inclusivity with her team of diverse influencers, created a media strategy that included a billboard in Times Square, and a large scale publishing plan with a human - first approach at its core. Ravjot also walked in the Tilted Lotus runway show at Sony Hall in Times Square as a model.

Ravjot lead and organized a nonprofit seminar to learn actionable information on helping Afghan women continue their education. Pashtana Durrani of Learn Afghan was featured as a keynote speaker with Robyn Ryczek as a panelist.

Ravjot served as one of the panelists at the Brown Girl Magazine September 2023 New York Fashion Week pop up in Manhattan where she spoke about her recent curatorial debut show, Pardafash, which tackles the issues faced by the Sikh community throughout the 80s and how that mirrors their struggles post 9/11 today.
